By purchasing from my shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🧶 Digital Products
All crochet patterns are for personal use only. You may sell finished items made from the patterns, but mass production is not allowed. Please credit @ReyBeysCrochet when sharing or selling finished items online. Patterns may not be redistributed, copied, or resold.

📦 Physical Products
All handmade items are created with care and attention to detail. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Because each item is handmade, small variations may occur and are part of the unique charm.

💌 Shipping & Processing
Processing times vary based on the item and are listed on each product page. Once shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

• No refunds on digital patterns.

• Refunds on physical items will only be given if your item was not received (based on tracking).

• Returns are only accepted if the wrong item was received. It must be sent back in original condition before the correct item is shipped.
