All crochet pattern purchases are non-refundable, as they are digital downloads delivered instantly.

📦 Physical Items

Refunds will only be issued if your item was not received (based on verified tracking information).
Returns are only accepted if you received the wrong item. In that case, the incorrect item must be returned in its original, unused condition. Once I receive it, I’ll promptly send the correct item your way.
